CollaborART™ – A Big Picture Masterpiece is a creativity-driven cooperation team building activity where each individual team contributes to a larger, unified artwork. Groups must work both within their own team and across the broader cohort to produce a single, aligned Masterpiece – and in doing so, reveal exactly how well (or poorly) they actually cooperate.
This is the big picture workshop for organisations ready to stop talking about alignment and start building it through a hands-on, insight-driven experience that connects values, mission and purpose to real behaviour in the room.
